By accessing and using our website (www.quimeraazul.com or www.quimeraazul.es) you accept the following general conditions as well as respect the law and regulations that may apply to this site or the internet.

Limitation of responsibility

QUIMERA AZUL SL reserves the right to make changes to this site, policies and conditions at any time.

This company declines any responsibility for damages, direct or indirect, derived from an inadequate use of this website or its contents.

User responsibilities

The client will be responsible for the veracity of the data facilitated in the user registration or order forms, as well as for its update. If the client does not respect this condition, QUIMERA AZUL SL will not have any responsibility on the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order.

The user will be responsible for the security and correct use of his password. In case of loss or non authorized use, he should communicate it as soon as possible for the cancellation of his registration or, if the e-mail is correct, to the sending of a new password.

Reproduction, copy, sell or modification in any way of the total or partial content in www.quimeraazul.com or www.quimeraazul.es is not allowed. Any fraud or abuse committed in this sense could be object of administrative or judicial persecution.

Applicable prices and taxes

The prices applicable to each product are those that appear in the web page at the moment of the order. These prices include VAT for countries in the European Union ( 16 % ).

The purchases shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and territories of states non-members of the European Union, will be free of the VAT. The customs in each country may apply the corresponding taxes, that will have to be paid in destiny by the receiver of the merchandise.

The prices shown for the articles do not include shipping and handling (S&H) costs. However, before confirming any order, the S&H cost will be calculated, presented and added to the total cost.

Shipping and Handling costs

The S&H costs will be charged to the client. This costs will always be clearly presented before confirming the order.

All orders are sent through Correos, the Spain national postal service, and always certified .Products are properly protected to avoid damages during transportation.

Orders in post office boxes, or in zones in which the system does not allow to register users will not be attended. If you wish to acquire some product from a country not included in the system, please contact us sending an e-mail to quimera@quimeraazul.com, and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

The shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically based on the products, the amounts and the destination country. The client will always be able to see them before ordering.

As a reference, the following cases are presented:

Payment methods

Options available:

• Bank transfer. The transfer will be made to the QUIMERA AZUL SL account which will be shown once the order is completed.
  The transference must be made within ten days (do not forget to mention order number ). If notice for your payment is not received within that period , the order will be cancelled.
  


• Cash on delivery. Available only for Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). In this case the order will be paid at reception in the specified address. This option has an additional charge of 3 € (this will always be shown before order confirmation).
  
  Important: If the client chooses this payment method, the delivery address and invoicing address will necessarily have to be the same, since the company that makes the transport will also be in charge to collect the payment.



• Credit card/PayPal. Selecting this option you will be able to pay using your credit card number or your PayPal account (if you have one). After order confirmation you will be redirected to the PayPal secure pages for the payment.For more information about PayPal check www.paypal.com.

Orders will only be accepted once the payment has been confirmed by the client.

Order Confirmation

Before finishing your order, all the corresponding data will be shown in screen (products, amounts, address for invoicing and delivery, shipping and handling costs, payment method, etc) and you will have the possibility to modify or confirm them.

In the 24 following hours the client will receive an electronic mail in the address he specified at registration, informing that the process has been correct and its request is in course. In this mail includes all the information that you may need for later requests or claims.

Cancellations and refund policy

The client has the possibility to cancel his order, at no cost, whenever the cancellation is communicated before shipment. Otherwise he will have to wait until reception and then return it.

The cancellation of an order will be made via e-mail to quimera@quimeraazul.com, indicating the order number, client data and date of purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 business days to return the item unused and in its original packaging for either an exchange or a full refund of purchase price

In order to return a product, write an e-mail to quimera@quimeraazul.com, indicating the order number, client data, product reference, date of purchase and shipping, and reason for the return. You will receive an electronic mail indicating the procedure to follow. In any case, the product will have to be sent back in its original packing.

If the reason for the return were that the article is defective or it does not correspond to the one purchased, QUIMERA AZUL SL will pay the return and new shipment costs. If the reason is that the product is not satisfactory, the product cost will be returned (not the shipping and handling) and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The payment will be returned in a maximum term of thirty days.

Applicable law

The present General Conditions will be interpreted according to the effective Spanish legislation.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.quimeraazul.com/.es or to products you purchase through our website shall be resolved in the Courts of Madrid. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction an venue in shuch court.
