How to find a product
In order to find a product you can go to the proper section in our menu or
use the Quick Find search box in the left column, below the menu. Enter
a key word in the text box and press "enter" or "click"
on the magnifying glass icon.
How to buy
Once you have found an article you want, you can add it to the shopping cart
by clicking the button "buy now", or you can see a detailed description
clicking on the photo or the title. If you want to buy the article from the
detailed description page, click "add to cart". Every time you add
a product to the cart, the current cart contents appear on the screen for you
to check or modify. A this moment you can:
- Remove a product, checking the corresponding "remove" box and
clicking "Update"
- Modify the quantities introducing the new number of units and clicking
"update"
- Continue shopping. Click "Continue Shopping"
- Buy the products in your cart by clicking "Checkout".
The prices applicable for each product are those that appear in the product
web page. These prices include VAT for countries in the European Union and do not include shipping and handling
costs. For countries not in the EU, prices will be shown without taxes once you enter your account.
Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and states non-members
of the European Union, will be free of the VAT. The customs in each country
may apply the corresponding taxes, that will have to be paid in destiny by the
receiver of the merchandise.
When you click "Checkout" you will be requested to create an account
if you do not have one.
Create an account
If this is the first time that you buy in our Web, you will have to register and
introduce your data ( see Privacy Notice ). Data will be stored for later
orders, so you do not need to type them again. Press "Continue".
If are already registered and have your account, enter your e-mail address
and password and click "Sign In". You will see the delivery address
registered for your orders.
Delivery Information
You can choose the delivery address for the order. Default delivery address
is the one entered when creating your account, but that can be modified. You
will also be able to add comments on that matter if necessary.
All orders are sent through Correos, the Spain national postal service, and
always certified .Products are properly protected to avoid damages during transportation.
Important Note: Orders in post office boxes, or in zones in
which the system does not allow to register users will not be attended. If you
wish to acquire some product from a country not included in the system, please
contact us sending a e-mail to quimera@quimeraazul.com, and we will inform you
of the procedure to follow.
Press "Continue" to load the payment information.
Payment Information
In this screen you can choose the billing address, which usually will be
the same than the delivery address, but can be changed.
Next you can see he total price for you order, including taxes (for countries in the European Union) and shipping
and handling costs.
The S&H costs will be charged to the client. They are automatically calculated
based on the products, the amounts and the destination country. The client will
always be able to see them before ordering.

Now you will have to choose your payment method. Available options are:
- Bank transfer. The transfer will be made to the QUIMERA
AZUL SL account which will be shown once the order is completed.
The transference must be made within ten days (do not forget to mention order
number ). If notice for your payment is not received within that period ,
the order will be cancelled.
- Cash on delivery. Available only for Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). In this case
the order will be paid at reception in the specified address. This option
has an additional charge of 3 € (this will always be shown before order
confirmation).
Important: If the client chooses this payment method, the
delivery address and invoicing address will necessarily have to be the same,
since the company that makes the transport will also be in charge to collect
the payment.

Credit card/PayPal . If you select this option, you will be redirected to the
PayPal secure pages for the payment. You will be able to pay using your credit
card number or your PayPal account (if you have one). For more information
about PayPal, you can check www.paypal.com. Complete
the requested data in the PayPal form and, when finished press the "return
to shop" button to return to the Quimera Azul pages.
Click "Continue" to go to the order confirmation page.
Order Confirmation
Here you can check (and modify if necessary ) all data in your order (products,
amounts, invoicing and delivery addresses, payment methods, etc).
If everything is correct, click "Confirm Order".
If your payment method was Credit card/PayPal , you will be redirected to the
PayPal pages, and will return to this screen when pressing "return to Shop"
button.
At the end of the purchase process, you can choose to receive information for
future changes in the products you have bought (by checking the corresponding
boxes).
In the following 24 hours you will receive an e-mail, with all the information
about your order. Remember that the orders will only be processed after the
payment is confirmed.
Cancellations/Returns
The client has the possibility to cancel his order, without any cost, whenever the
cancellation is communicated before shipment. Otherwise he will have to wait
until reception and then return it.
The cancellation of an order will be made via e-mail to quimera@quimeraazul.com,
indicating the order number, client data and date of purchase.
Returns are accepted until past seven days of reception of the order.
In order to return a product writing an e-mail to quimera@quimeraazul.com,
indicating the order number, client data, product reference, date of purchase
and shipping, and reason for the return. You will receive an electronic mail
indicating the procedure to follow. In any case, the product will have to be
sent back in its original packing.
If the reason for the return were that the article is defective or it does
not correspond to the one purchased, QUIMERA AZUL SL
will pay the return and new shipment costs. If the reason is that the product
is not satisfactory, the product cost will be returned (not the shipping
and handling) and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The payment will be returned in a maximum of thirty days.
